Hi, my name is Kristin Suzette and I am on a mission to help as many women as possible throughout my community get into amazing shape and reach their fitness goals. I absolutely love helping people get into shape and improve the quality of their lives. So let me tell you a little about myself. Joining Team Tooke wasn’t about losing weight for me. In fact, when I walked into Team Tooke I was 100 pounds of skin and bones. No muscles, no curves, and most troubling no self confidence. My biggest flaw wasn’t physical… it was mental!  I was at the lowest point of my life. I had convinced myself that I was destined to become someone else’s shadow. I felt as though I was being pulled in every direction but the one I wanted to go in. I did more than hit rock bottom. I put my pillow down and made my bed. Thank God I hit that floor because it forced me to re-evaluate my life and became the spring board of the most important decision of my life- to put me first. With trembling legs and chin held not so high I walked into Team Tooke Martial Arts and Women Only Fitness Boot Camp and became a member of something I wasn’t sure I would be able to do, but determined to give it my all.  Never in a million years would I have imagined that woman I was yesterday would become the woman I am today. I have more muscles than I know what to do with, curves I can be proud of and most importantly High Self Confidence. I went from a shy, quiet, wallflower to a beast in the ring!

When I put on my gloves the world disappears and I know I am strong enough to take on anything in the ring.  It is an amazing feeling and thanks to my Team Tooke family and their support that feeling stays with me even after I take my gloves off.

What if I have never worked out a day in my life? Can I still do the Women Only Fitness Boot Camp?


ABSOLUTELY! In fact, most of our Women Only Fitness Boot camp members have absolutely no experience before they begin in our program. It doesn’t matter. We will work you at the pace that is best suited for your overall needs and goals. Don’t let inexperience keep you from getting started. Within just a few sessions you will be well on your way to reaching your desired fitness goals.


How soon will I start to see results?


Results largely depend on consistency, eating habits and lifestyle choices. Some of our women have seen results in as little as a few weeks. Remember, being consistent is going to be the most determining factor. The workout will always challenge you but you have to make the commitment. Be consistent, feed your body what it needs and you will be on your way to a healthier, fitter you.


Can I bring a Friend or Family Member?


Of course you can! In fact, we find that our members that come with a friend or loved one are the most consistent and really help to motivate one another during the workout. You and anyone you would like to bring is invited to take advantage of One Week Free!


Do we always do the same workout or does it change?

Our workout regimen may be called many things but one you will never hear is that it’s ‘dull’. The workouts are constantly changing to keep things fun and to keep your body guessing so you never reach a plateau.
